Hello fellow teacher. I’m Wendy, a mother of three teenagers and a high school English and Speech teacher. Because I have a background in Drama, I enjoy bringing literature to life in the classroom.

My philosophy of education focuses on developing students’ critical thinking skills. I like to encourage students to discuss literature, think outside the box, and make real-life connections with the works we read.

My goal is to educate free thinkers, shaping our leaders for tomorrow.
